However, despite their immense contribution, a significant portion of our labour force continues to face myriad challenges: exploitative wages, unsafe working conditions, lack of social security, and insufficient access to healthcare and education for their families. The Janatha Chaluvali Bharatha Party believes that true national development is incomplete without ensuring dignity, justice, and prosperity for every single labourer. We will expand access to social security benefits, including health insurance, provident funds, pension schemes, and accident coverage, ensuring financial stability and peace of mind for workers and their families, especially those in the unorganized sector.
- Skill Development and Empowerment: We believe in empowering labourers with new skills to adapt to evolving industries and enhance their earning potential. Our programs will focus on vocational training, reskilling initiatives, and digital literacy to open new avenues for growth and upward mobility.
- Protecting Migrant Workers’ Rights: Recognizing the immense contribution of migrant labourers, we will establish robust frameworks to protect their rights, ensure safe migration, provide access to basic amenities, and facilitate their integration into the local communities where they work.
- Eradication of Child Labour: The future of India lies in its children, not in child labour. We are absolutely committed to the strict enforcement of laws against child labour and implementing comprehensive rehabilitation and education programs for affected children, ensuring they have the opportunity for a bright future.
